<p> <strong>Project Process Advantages and Equipment Characteristics:</strong> </p> <p>The project process design is based on the comprehensive treatment of steel plant waste. A single line can utilize steel slag, mine slag, desulfurization gypsum, and fly ash for the proportional production of cementitious materials.<br/>Independently researched in-mill iron selection technology and return material iron selection technology effectively select iron from steel slag powder.<br/>Environmental protection belongs to ultra-low emission. Currently, dust emission is 5 mg, and other indicators are only 30% of the national standard.<br/>Low energy consumption design. All electrical equipment in the plant adopts energy efficiency level 2 or better than level 2.<br/>Completely eliminate unorganized emissions, including setting up dust doors in the finished product loading system to strictly control dust emissions.<br/>The drying heat source uses the blast furnace gas from the steel plant, effectively utilizing waste heat, resulting in excellent comprehensive energy consumption.</p>
