Project Process Advantages and Equipment Characteristics:
The project process design is based on the comprehensive treatment of steel plant waste. One production line can produce pure steel slag and also process some desulfurization gypsum, etc.
Independently developed in-mill iron selection technology and return material iron selection technology effectively select iron from steel slag powder.
Environmental protection belongs to ultra-low emission. Currently, dust emission is 5 mg, and other indicators are only 30% of the national standard.
Low energy consumption design. All electrical equipment in the plant adopts energy efficiency level 2 or better than level 2.
Completely eliminate unorganized emissions, including dust doors set up in the finished product loading system, strictly controlling dust emissions.
The drying heat source uses natural gas, and waste heat is effectively utilized, resulting in excellent comprehensive energy consumption.
