Guangdong Caiba New Materials Co., Ltd. was established on September 5, 2017, located in Shangli Village, Dingdi Village Committee, Yueceng Town, Deqing County, Zhaoqing City. Tianjin Hongsheng Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is the main investor. The company mainly operates in the production and sales of building materials; processing and sales of mineral powder, steel slag powder, and mineral products, with an annual production capacity of 800,000 tons.

Deqing Donghang Port Services Co., Ltd. was established on March 28, 2013. Its business scope includes: cargo handling, leasing of port facilities, equipment, and port machinery, and cargo storage. The total planned length of the wharf is 216 meters, with the construction of two 3,000-ton general berths, capable of accommodating three 1,000-ton vessels simultaneously. The designed throughput capacity is 1.2 million tons/year.
The wharf mainly serves the import of raw materials and the export of products for Deqing Donghang Environmental Protection Materials Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Caiba New Materials Co., Ltd.
