Tianjin Yicheng Group's environmental protection services contribute to sustainable development
In the dust emission detection project in Tianjin Binhai New Area, the laser scattering method was used to improve the detection accuracy. The intelligent detection equipment developed enables continuous monitoring, and data is uploaded in real time to the environmental protection cloud platform.
Against the backdrop of the "dual carbon" strategy, Tianjin Yicheng Group has established environmental protection services as a key sector, building a service system covering detection, governance, and consulting. Its innovative practices have not only improved its own ESG performance but also provided technical support for industry transformation.
Precise Detection Supports Environmental Management
The Group's CNAS-certified laboratory can conduct a variety of environmental testing services. In the dust emission detection project in Tianjin Binhai New Area, the use of laser scattering methods improved detection accuracy. The developed intelligent detection equipment enables continuous monitoring, with data uploaded in real-time to the environmental protection cloud platform.
Systematic Governance Promotes Emission Reduction and Efficiency Improvement
In response to the NOx emission problem in the steel industry, Tianjin Yicheng's research and development of multi-phase catalytic denitrification technology has improved the removal rate. In the Hebei Xinda Steel renovation project, this technology effectively reduced NOx emissions. Simultaneously, the developed carbon capture and utilization system has achieved a considerable CO₂ capture volume at Tangshan Port Lu Steel, used for the production of green methanol.
Smart Consulting Assists Transformation Planning
The Group's established Carbon Neutrality Research Institute has provided transformation solutions for numerous enterprises. In the Shanxi Jianbang Group case, through full-process diagnosis, multiple emission reduction opportunities were identified, and significant carbon reduction is expected. The developed carbon footprint tracking system can accurately calculate the carbon emissions of a product's entire life cycle, assisting in the construction of green supply chains.
