China's steel industry generates a large amount of mine tailings and steel slag annually, but there is still room for improvement in the rate of resource utilization. The application of this patented technology helps reduce the production cost of solid waste-based cementitious materials and enhance product competitiveness. After adopting this mixing technology, the utilization rate of blast furnace gas waste heat has been improved, and the overall energy consumption has been reduced in the million-ton-level all-solid-waste cementitious material production line jointly built by Tianjin Yicheng and Shougang Jingtang.

Technology Integration Enhances Industrial Value
This innovation is not limited to breakthroughs in single equipment, but also promotes the formation of a "solid waste pretreatment-intelligent mixing-low-carbon production" technology chain. The digital twin system developed by the group can predict the performance parameters of the mixture in real time and improve the product qualification rate. In the demonstration project built in Tianjin Port Bonded Zone, this technology has significantly improved the utilization rate of steel slag building materials, reduced carbon emissions, and become a green benchmark for coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
